With egg prices skyrocketing right now, it’s the perfect time to dive into the world of plant-based substitutes! Swapping out eggs for healthier options not only saves you some cash but also introduces a whole new range of delicious flavors. Plus, it’s always a smart idea to have a variety of ingredients on hand—after all, you never know when a shortage might hit. This goes for anything, not just eggs. Love almonds?
