I’ve lived with endometriosis for 20 years, and one thing I’ve learned is this: gut healing isn’t linear. It’s not a one-week protocol. It’s a daily relationship with your body. Sometimes you feel like you’re heading backwards and sometimes nothing makes sense. But for me what I come back to again and again is that raw plant foods have been one of the most powerful tools in calming inflammation, balancing hormones, and giving my gut a chance to recover.
This challenge isn’t about perfection. It’s about starting where you are, and using plant food to support deep, lasting healing and support. While you can’t heal it all in 7 days, you can build a foundation of epic recipes, education, and community!
